Burberry Breaks The Barrier – LiveStream, Social Media, & Direct Buying from The Runway

Fashion shows are meant to be “private” events. Hard to believe that just a few years ago we had to wait for WWD or the Wall Street Journal to give us a recap on what happened at the shows, but with digital media such as Twitter, Facebook, UStream, and LiveStream, the fashion runway show is no longer just for the elite as we saw with Louis Vuitton and Oscar De La Renta recently. Its now for the fans, the consumers, the admirers, the... [Read More...]

There is no doubt that @OscarPRGirl is one of the top fashion Twitter accounts. I’ve been following it for over a year, and the account never fails to give me great dish about Oscar or other fashion “must-know” news. But today, Oscar De La Renta and his fashion empire scored more points in the fashion marketing world. Worried about W Magazine’s WOW Factor

W Magazine Cover Collage from 2007 At first I was excited to see what  newly named editor-in-chief Stefano Tonchi would bring to W Magazine.
