Ok, so its nowhere near being able to wear a leather pleated skirt, but I instantly fell for this Lucy Hale shoot from Who What Wear. The mod-printed blouse and edgy skirt was a great contradiction that I would definitely be willing to test out this coming fall.
The same look could be tested with a different a-line skirt, but I think the key is to make it current is the over-the-knee socks, two-finger ring, and thin metal belt. Brilliantly styled, its great to see practical items used in an editorial. YAY for WhoWhatWear and kudos to Katherine Power and team!
